01.Acceptance
By checking the agreement box and creating a RigXy account you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Registration Agreement on behalf of yourself and the company you are registering. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
02.Lawful use & your content
You are solely responsible for all content you and your company’s users create, upload, or store in RigXy — text, photos, audio, video, documents, and any other files or records.
You agree to use RigXy only for lawful purposes and to upload only content that is legal and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not upload, store, or transmit any content that is illegal, infringes a third party’s rights, is fraudulent, malicious, or otherwise prohibited by law.
RigXy is a business tool for fleet maintenance. You must not upload, store, or transmit content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, violent or graphic, hateful or harassing, or that is otherwise unrelated to your trucking / fleet-maintenance operations. The service is not for personal, social, or off-topic content.
You must not upload personal or sensitive private information of yourself or any other individual — for example, government-issued IDs or driver’s licenses, personal insurance cards, social-security or other national ID numbers, or financial, health, or biometric data. Only upload records that are necessary for, and related to, fleet maintenance.
We may remove content and lock, suspend, or permanently delete any account that violates this section — by us or automatically by the system — with or without notice. A deleted account and its data cannot be recovered.
03.Data storage & infrastructure
RigXy runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Your records are stored in AWS-managed databases and your uploaded files (photos, audio, video, documents) are stored in Amazon S3. We rely on AWS’s security, durability, and availability for the underlying infrastructure.
We do not store your account password. Authentication is handled by AWS Cognito, which manages your credentials securely on our behalf. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
04.No warranty & data loss
RigXy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RigXy is not responsible or liable for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of your data, including data stored on AWS. You are responsible for retaining your own copies of any records that are critical to your operations or compliance obligations.
05.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RigXy and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
06.Account deletion
You may delete your RigXy account at any time — in the mobile app at Settings → Account → Delete account, or on the web at Settings → Profile → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; once deleted, your account and personal data cannot be recovered.
If you are the last administrator of a company workspace, deleting your account also permanently deletes that company and all of its data (assets, work orders, parts, issues, inspections, notes, and uploaded media). If you want the company to continue, promote another member to administrator before deleting your account. You are responsible for retaining your own copies of any records you need before deleting.
07.Changes to this agreement
We may update this Registration Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “last updated” date. Continued use of RigXy after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
