Platform Operations Manager

You’ll be the operational backbone of RigXy — making sure customers get onboarded smoothly, issues get resolved fast, and the data flowing through the platform stays clean. You’ll work directly with fleet operators and the engineering team.
What you’ll do
- Own customer onboarding end-to-end — from kickoff to first work order.
- Triage and route escalations; keep response times tight.
- Monitor fleet-data quality and drive fixes with engineering.
- Build and refine internal operating cadences as we grow.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in operations, customer success, or a similar role.
- Comfortable with software tools and data — you like making messy things orderly.
- Excellent written communication; calm under pressure.
- Based in or able to commute to the Los Angeles HQ (partial remote).
